Choose a few areas where you have real experience. Break each area into specific angles that you can speak about without effort. Extract stories, results, failures, decisions. These outperform generic advice.

When a post performs well, build a different version of the same idea later.

If I take “experimentation,” I immediately have several directions:

i) A test that didn’t work and why
ii) A recent test that changed my approach
iii) How I evaluate experiments before running them

Direct statements set the tone.

Writing the post Keep it structured. Short lines.

Straightforward language.

People skim. Make it easy for them.
